Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Lords of Waaagh ("we", us or our), concerning your access to and use of the lordsofwaaagh.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Event Registration and Participation

When registering for Lords of Waaagh events:

• Event registration is only complete upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise specified.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Lords of Waaagh. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future event.
• If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, you may transfer your registration to another person up to 7 days before the event date by contacting us. No transfers will be permitted after this time.
• By registering for an event, you agree to abide by all tournament rules and codes of conduct, which will be provided to you prior to the event.
• Lords of Waaagh reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who engage in disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The Content and Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Product and Event Information

We strive to display as accurately as possible the descriptions, images, and details of the products and events offered on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, event details, or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Site, including event rules and formats, at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Site.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create a collection, database, or directory.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
